Brett,

I've bought from Precision Sounds in Sydney. They have a catalogue of cd 
cases, inner trays, slims etc They used to be on 02 9316 4888 but theyv'e 
changed numbers and the 0418 416 181 diverts to a message service (still 
waiting from them to get a new price list).

Unfortunately they were a bit hesitant to send to a "non-company" as myself 
but if you order enough they will. Other alternatives are music shops (most 
will have double cd jewel cases - I think even Target sells them these days.) 
and a mob called "RAECO" (remember them as a kid in the 70's at public school, 
they supplied most stationery needs then). When you do the sums (incl. postage 
it comes out pretty much the same as the multi-bubble packs at music shops.

I'd be interested to know of other sources.
