Help Win95 CD-Rom 2X driver

Could anyone advise me as to where I can obtain a Win95 CD-Rom driver for my 2X
CD-Rom? This CD-Rom is made in Singapore (Model 800AT) and runs off the "Sony"
port of my Media Magic ISP-16 soundcard. It's terribly annoying looking for
this bloody driver over the Internet, because IPC (the maker of my Pentium 60)
has gone bust and their Web site no longer exists. 

I'd really appreciate it if someone could just point me to the place where I
can obtain drivers (generic or original) for both the CD-Rom and soundcard.
