Can someone help me with my problem? I have a Reveal multimedia package consisting of a SC400 Reg.G soundcard and a Reveal 4X CD-ROM which Windows95 "plug-an-play detects" as "GoldStar CD-ROM GCD-R540". The soundcard is mounted in an ISA-slot and the CD-ROM is connected directly to one of the IDE-slots on my pentium motherboard. Everything works just fine with this configuration except one thing: playback of audio CDs. If I use the shareware-program "Audiostation" that came with the package, I CAN play audio-CDs, but Windows95's own CD-player won't work. When I insert an audio-CD into my CD-ROM and start Windows95's CD-player it says "Data or no disc loaded". The filetype "CD audio" is recognized by my system, because I can see "CD audio" as a "unit" in the "mediaplayer".
