Help!

Im helping a friend install his TEAC CD58E to work in 32-bit mode in W95.
Previously it worked only in 16-bit real-mode. We have now tried everything
(to my knowledge) to install in its most effective mode, with no success.
My friend is getting grey hairs because he cant use DirectX.

After our installation sessions, our biggest improvement was to loose the
CD-icon. We now have to start MSCDEX in autoexec.bat to create an icon and
what we can recall is was installed that way before me and my fried started
to mess things up.

We have followed the official installation guide from TEAC (WWW.TEAC.COM)
but it hasent worked for us.

Please! Do you have any experiences with these problems, mail me!
