I have a macintosh IIsi with a CD-ROM (150) attached to it. The driver Software came with an INIT called 'Foreign File Access' and several 'Preference' files to access non macintosh CD-ROMs. One of these 'Preference' files allows it to see the audio CD on the desktop, but unfortunately all files have a length of zero bytes and their names are Track_(tracknumber). I wonder if there is a possibility to rewrite such a 'Preference' file to read the audio data into the CPU. Does anyone know what the exact format of such a 'Preference' file is. (I have some literature telling me how the data is stored on the CD-ROM, but I have absolutely no idea how I can access it). Suggestions and comments are welcome thanks in adwance Adrian Vogt ib90vogt@htl-bw.ch
