I'm not aware of any restrictions on the UCC site.
Any other university sites have restrictions? I would have thought
if laziness was the issue it would be easier to not intervene
manually :-=)

So the obvious questions:
How much does it cost to make a master?
How do you supply the data?
How many CDROM players in Oz? The rest of the world?
How many on DOS machines, how many on other machines?
How many years will it be until:
compiler products are available ONLY on CDROM?
(e.g. Windows NT-beta I think is ONLY available on CDROM)
the number of games for CDROM is so significant that
serious kids MUST have a CDROM on their PC?
the number of business databases on CDROM is so great
that no $1Meg/yr turnover business can do without one
(any more than a fax, say)
