Sick of being raped by Tel$tra on overseas use.

Is their a web page in Oz which compares various "travel" sim cards on the 
market at all, or any recommendations for a particular card from people 
here?

Buy one in the country you are visiting.

Some countries I visit don't allow foreigners to buy SIM cards, 
unfortunately.

And a lot of SIM cards you can buy in various countries do not allow 
overseas calls etc.
