Sorry I'm not from Australia but I couldn't find another video conferencing NG. Whatever happened to Black and White video conferencing? It would seem that, to a lot of us, color information is not worth the huge sacrifice in picture quality and refresh speed. Then why is it that I can't seem to get my Kodak 323 software to transmit B/W information only? (or is there a way to do this?) Are consumer webcams and the software to run them beginning to abandon black and white operation altogether? I think that would be very sad if that's the case. It seems that even people on higher bandwidth connections would be better served by black and white. Correct me if I'm wrong. -Blasto * Sent from RemarQ http://www.remarq.com The Internet's Discussion Network * The fastest and easiest way to search and participate in Usenet - Free!
