Weather you are an electronics hobbyist, a robotics enthusiast or a
student or teacher, this project is for you. I believe this is the
best small scale computer controlled robotic arm available. Some of
the many features of this arm are:

* 5 axis (base rotate, shoulder, elbow, wrist and gripper)
* All axis' are closed loop. You tell it where to go, it does.
* Can be completely battery powered by a 9 volt and a 6 volt lantern
battery.
* Extremely easy to program and control with any serial port.
* Can utilize a PC, single board computer, PIC or even BASIC Stamp.
* Very fast, accurate and repeatable movement.
* Available in three different configurations.

1) Basic kit, includes all hardware, structural components, a 27 page
very detailed professionally illustrated assembly manual, and
software. You would provide servos and a Mini SSC servo controller.
2) Level 2 kit, includes all hardware, structural components, assembly

manual, software, 6 servos and a Mini SSC servo controller.
3) Completely assembled and tested robot ready to move.

This is a versatile little arm that can be modified to meet the most
demanding challenges. Some of the uses for this robotic arm are listed
below:

* Teaching basic and advanced industrial robotic control programming.
* Light industrial manufacturing, can be used to apply glues, paints
or lubricants on small parts.
* Makes a great addition to a small mobile robot.
* Tease your cat, make a cake or whatever you dream up.
