I am having problems with my CD-ROM drive that came with my computer. I recently purchased a new hard drive. Since my computer only has one IDE cable plugin, I hooked up the old and new hard drive to that IDE cable. To connect the CD-ROM drive, I bought an adapter board, and hooked the drive up to the secondary plug on the IDE cable. My problem is that now I cannot use the drive. This is a drive made by Toshiba. I use Win95, and have found a driver called d011v109.sys to be the driver for the cd-rom, but I cannot figure out how to use the driver. Any help would be much appreciated.
