Hello there! My double speed Behaviour Tech CD-ROM is a little bit out of order. It still plays Audio-CDs, sound is OK, but it doesn't want to read data CDs any more. The BTCCDROM driver detects the CD ROM, it also can be accessed under DOS. When I switch to it, the devicename D:\> appears without any error, if a CD is in it, but it is unable to even read the directory. The drive spins up and does some tries, then a message like Disk in drive d: has no label [Remember, it's a CD-ROM with a data CD in it!] File already exists D:\> Sometimes also an error shows up like CDR 101: Not ready reading from drive D: [CD still inserted and clean, too] A)bort, R)etry, I)gnore? When I hit A)bort, the prompt appears again... D:\> What is wrong with the drive? Is there a way to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. With regards Gerd
