ok not sure if this is what you are on about--
we're doing java at QUT i had a look at softseek.com
i found something there called edit plus
it has colout syntax, you can load multiple files
and you can configure toolbar buttons that will
run command prompts such as "javac $filename"
it zips onto a single floppy which i decompress into
our c:\temp at uni since this is the only one we have access
to. it runs as a single executable so you don't have to
install it with setup.exe
ok so it's exactly what we need maybe it is useful
for you to. It's supposed to cost $20, but i'm the kind of
person who never pays money for software, so email me
and i'll tell you how to use it forever
