I would like to get the java certification but would like some advice on the
following:

Which java1.1 or 1.2 , 2 e.t.c ?

Which books to use?

What other resourses do i need ?

I know that this may be not normal for your site but thought it would be
beneficial to ask someone who
got the certification.

Thanks for the help
