I have installed Win 7 Pro and subsequently installed the current Sun Java update. Java is installed on my system fine but does not appear in the IE Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab list. This results in the browser not seeing Java apps or invoking them. This applies for IE as well as Firefox and Chrome. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the thing at least 5 times and I can't get it to appear in that list and therefore work in all browsers. Should I install an earlier version as well to invoke the browser install as well? I am at a total loss with this and would be grateful for any help or referral to solutions anywhere. Thanks Wabster
