On the 17th of may, British Columbians are going to have a referendum on
changing from first past the post voting to Single Transferable vote. So,
if there are any educational STV applets out there or if anyone is
interested in designing one, I am pretty sure that people will be
interested in the next few months. I also believe that STV is ideal for
making business decisions that require concensus. Please look into it.
It might be a way of raising your profile. There are about 4 million people
in BC.  And about 30 million in Canada. Lots more will be interested over
the border in the USA
