Hello,
I am pretty new to Java(though have programmed in other languages
such as C,VB before.)

I am interested in doing some work with jsp pages, linking a DB to the
web etc.

Can anyone give me some pointers on good online references, or good texts
which may help?

And lastly, is it too big a step throwing myself at JSP having had little
Java experience?

thanks for your time

tom
