I am having troubles with the installation of Sun's jdk1.2.2 package and a third party package called BreezyGUI which surposedly can just be copied into the LIB folder of the jdk installation. I have added the lines path = e:\jdk\bin; set classpath = e:\jdk\lib;. to my autoexec.bat file. The real weird thing about this is that i can install this package perfectly on my NT machine but i can't get it to work on any WIN 98 machines. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks

Try sticking the jar/zip file it in lib\ext . This is the "extensions" directory. -- -------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.users.bigpond.com/pmurray ICQ: 26066755 "Senators" <senators@bigpond.com> wrote in message news:MvFH4.50066$oD3.39689@newsfeeds.bigpond.com... > I am having troubles with the installation of Sun's jdk1.2.2 package and a > third party package called BreezyGUI which surposedly can just be copied > into the LIB folder of the jdk installation. > I have added the lines > path = e:\jdk\bin; > set classpath = e:\jdk\lib;. > to my autoexec.bat file. > The real weird thing about this is that i can install this package perfectly > on my NT machine but i can't get it to work on any WIN 98 machines. > Any help would be much appreciated > Thanks > >
