I have just installed linux 4.2 and am a bit new to this. During the
installation, I was asked for a root password and supplied one, but when
I get the login prompt and try to login as root and password as the
password I supplied during installation I get Login incorrect.
sometimes I get a prompt called localhost login:

If anybody has any ideas on how to fix this, I would love to hear from
you,

Regards

Fred
