Appletalk - Samaba equivalent, is it out there?

Hi all,

I have been asked to setup an intranet at a place that has several PCs
and several
Macs. To provide a http, pop and nntp server I will probably use Linux
as it is a
fairly cheap alternative to NT. However, to make things easier for my
clients I
want to be able to give them access to the parts of the linux directory
tree
(namely there accounts on the unix box so they can make there own html
docs in
their own public_html directories). I would prefer to do this without
using ftp as
they will probably find this a bit clumsy. I have successfully done this
with PCs
using microsoft networking and a samba server on the linux box however,
I was
wondering if there was something equivalent for appletalk on the macs.

thanks in advance,
Luke
