Any ideas??? : Slakware used to have a 'setup' script, that allowed you to setup the : system. Is there a RedHat equivalent? Yes. Much better in fact than Slackware's in my opinion. The install disks should contain a whole lot of files with a .rpm extension. This stands for "Redhat package manager". You install them with the command line utility rpm or using a front end such as glint which comes with the distribution - you may not have installed this though. Look at the rpm(8) man page. -- David Gibson @ The Lorax | New from Microsoft... david%brucehall20@anu.edu.au | THNEED 95 | Which everyone, Everyone, EVERYONE needs.
