Using Netscape, downloading files, 2 machines would show rate of 3.5k/s
approx. simultaneously, fluctuating between 3-4k/s (note however, this is
when I have a good line 28.8k, and not during peak periods).

The other thing I should mention is I have never been able to get
anything past 4.5k/s on a single machine ????

Paul Pham
