libm.so.4 is the old aout library.  You need to get an ELF version
of netrape.  Either that, or install the aout compatibility libs -
I believe both Red Hat and Slackware dists have a package of this -
oh and stick aout support in your kernel.
(so it'd be much easier to get an ELF version ;)
