"Emulate3Buttons" in pointer section of XF86Config ?

Add to your menu in .fvwmrc
+ "Quit X" Quit
(check fvwm manpage for correct syntax)
BTW, ctrl+alt+del is usually set to run `shutdown -r now` (/etc/inittab)
`halt` and `reboot` are usually links to 'shutdown -h` and `shutdown -r`
resp.

There's a thingy called `xvidtune` that lets you adjust the screen.
Try usual linux mirrors, eg. ftp://ftp.sunsite.edu.au
It'll give you the numbers for your Modeline.
Also see /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/doc/VideoModes.doc

/usr/man is hardcoded into executable (not sure about others; it should
be in the man manpage.)
