Thanks for your responce.  Any ideas where I can grab procps1.01?  I had 
thought procps and libc would be up to date as I have just installed 
Linux from the Slackware 3.0 CD.

Also, could you post an example dial in script.  I am not certain I am 
doing the correct thing.
