Hi,
	Just changed over from slakware 3.0 to redhat 3.0.3 and seem to
be having a lot of problems. Minicom will onlyt run as root (after
complaining about a stale lockfile. When run as a user, it pauses for
nearly a minute at says that no termcap database is present.
Anyone offer some suggestions here. I'm getting annoyed with this supposedly
superior linux distribution quite quickly.

Oh yeah - my console seems to be in black and white too - any clues on
changing this to colour?
