With a newer version of X (3.1.2) my DS64 (DRAM 2MB) now works as very well under X. ...BUT, there are around 4 or 5 cards called the DS64 which are almost completely different. The DRAM and VRAM versions have entirely different chipsets - not just different RAM, plus there are at least two versions of the the DRAM (more like three or four) with different chipsets. Before you buy the thing, find out exactly what the graphics accelerator chip, the clockchip and the RAMDAC are. -- David Gibson @ The Lorax | New from Microsoft... david%brucehall20@anu.edu.au | THNEED 95 | Which everyone, Everyone, EVERYONE needs.
