Hi, I need some one give me some advice about Linux boot up processing. I have problem to boot up my Linux partition on my PC. It fails when Linux try to mount my HD. It gives hda error and tell me there is HD I/O error. My DOS partition is working ok. I assume there is no problem in my HD controller. but it may have problem in my HD in Linux partition. Can anyone give me any advice how to re_mount my HD without loss my data in the Linux partition, pleass. Thanks paul yue@numbat.cs.rmit.edu.au
