Hello All!!

We are writing to see if anyone can offer ANY suggestions or
assistance.  If anyone can offer ANY suggestions, we would greatly 
appreciate it!!!  We would also appreciate any suggestions as to where 
we might get assistance with this.  Please also suggest stores best 
to purchase items at!

We are setting up a frame relay connection for our own direct access 
to the Internet for our small business.  We have a company we are 
considering 
that will do that and another co. that will be installing and maintaining 
a 
Pipeline 75 (FRAD/DSU).  Much of  this terminology and understanding of 
it is very new to us.  Both  companies have suggested we speak with a PC 
company such as IBM for assistance to our hardware/software questions.  
So far that help has been very limited.  We would appreciate any input 
into the following?

1.  What PC brand is recommended?  We will go with a big name co.
2.  Any suggestions regarding Make/Model, etc.?
3.  Recommeded RAM, MHz, ?GB Hard Drive, processor?
4.  We would like a 128k modem.  Any suggestions for a brand?
5.  Will a 128k work with all computers?
6.  Any comments on ISDN?
7. We would like a second hard drive (as a backup, in case of a crash).
    Any  suggestions?
8. We would like to have a tape back-up.  Any suggestions?
9. We would like to network 2 or 3 computers.  Does this involve 
    special hardware or software or what?  How does this work?
10. Can you run this frame relay connection on Windows 95?  
      We would prefer Windows 95 if it is possible.  We are told it 
      is possible with Windows NT.  We know almost NOTHING about this 
      aspect.  We want a windows environment.
11.  Will we need special software to actually run the frame relay 
       connection?  We have not been able to get information on how 
      this part works!
12. Any comments on frame relay connections with AT&T, Sprint, MCI,
      ICI, or any others?  Do you have contact phone numbers?

We have very limited technical knowledge.
