Hi all, I am using successfully Netscape 2.01 with Red Hat's Linux. ie: 1.2.8xx kernel plus Xfree revision 3.1.2 etc. My display card is a S3 generic type 2Mb card with a Nec 5D screen on a Pentium PCI system. I have no problems except that whenever I run Netscape 2.01 it complains that it cannot use some colours, other than that Netscape works well. However, if it try to do work in another window eg: xterm I get the following message: can't map :/dev/zero can't map :/dev/zero can't load library 'libc.so.5' If I exit out of Netscape, the xterm screen works OK. Any hints on what I need to do to get this running correctly other than not running Netscape ? PS: If I start a job eg: Ping in a xterm before bring up Netscape the jobs runs correctly. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Grahame
