Recommend a good POP3 Server?

Hi folks,

I recently had need to remove linux from our system. As we had no backup
media at the time, I copied all the binaries and config files (and user dirs)
to our tmp partition which was kept.

As it turned out, I got everything except our POP3 Server.

So, can anyone recommend a good POP3 server, without shadow password?

I tried two different versions of popper, but both failed to compile.
Very strange.

Many thanks,
Jason.
