I recently installed Netscape 2.06b (or whatever the latest version is called), and I'm experiencing a peculiar problem - I wonder if anyone could help explain what's going on. While Netscape is running, if I enter a command at a term I get the message 'error: can't map to /dev/zero'. I know that /dev/zero is used to return null bytes, but apart from this I am mystified what the problem is. Any ideas? William Webber. -- The snail is my emblem. With its speed, its grace, its strength, its intelligence, surely the snail is greatest in the animal kingdom. If I become like the snail then I, too, will be great. | wew@melbourne.DIALix.oz.au http://www.ozemail.com.au/~wew/
