as a followup...
I emailed ssc & they said they couldn't send a replacement but would
credit me one issue. I replied that quite a few people seem to be
affected but haven't received a response or seen a post... :(
I ended up buying Jan96 from Hotline books in Sydney - $10.
Feb hasn't turned up yet either... :(
