Hi all I am installing linux 1.2.13 from the Linux Toolkit cd. I had Linux 1.0.9 and started from scratch (ie reformat and fdisk). Trouble is the NE2000 network card is no longer present. I have of course installed the TCP/IP package and gone through the install process (setting hostname etc). M question is, will the OS detect the card and allocate the driver without any intervention from me ? I know that the card is OK because I am running windows from a DOS partition on a LAN from the same machine. Any suggestions brfore I go for reinstall number three ? Cheers Patrick
