I'm trying to install my cd-rom with mount /t iso9660 /dev/scd0 -r /mnt but it gives an error "/dev/scd0 is not a block device" when I do a "ls -l /dev/scd0" it clearly IS a block device(I presume the first character in the file type means b=block, c=character). Does anyone know how to mount a pas16 cd-rom drive? thanks. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// http://www.aussie.com.au/free/Ken_Chick/ hankin@donut.dialix.oz.au //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
