Have now created ftp://ftp.dstc.edu.au/pub/linuxlocal/kernel which when it is
finished will be a *full* mirror of ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/Linux/PEOPLE/Linus
It currently has all of the v1.3 kernel kits and patches, the rest will
eventually filter in.
And I have initially set up the mirror to run twice daily.
