Unless you're planning on using UMSDOS filesystem (which I wouldn't
recommend, anyway) you'll need to change a few partitions around. In the
very least you'll need to empty out and change the partition ID of one or
more partitions.

Install MS-LOSS first, because it has a nasty habit of destroying foreign
OS's partitions when you least want it!! Also, if you're planning on
using OS/2, it might be worth considering doing it now.

I've been told several times by the OS/2 gurus that you need to set up
ALL of your partitions in Boot Manager first before you do much else...
Therefore, you may end up doing a partition shuffle all over again when
you get OS/2... Check with someone who actually uses OS/2, though...

Also, MS-LOSS only uses one primary partition, and all the rest are
extended, so I think this will prolly mean you'll have to wipe all of
your partitions and start again, anyway...

Remember, though, that blocksize in a Linux ext2 filesystem is not in any
way affected by partition size, so if you're going to use more than one
partition for Linux, don't do it for reasons of avoiding 32k block sizes.
There are many more honourable and sensible reasons for using several
partitions...
