I found that CERN was leaving zombie's all over the place, although
it never locked up and stopped servicing requests. I heard a whisper
about slight incompatability between Linux and CERN. Solution? I went
to Apache. Works fine, is smaller and seems to be a touch easier on
the machine, too.

Actually, I couldn't give up CERN completely as its the only httpd
which does proxy serving, so the machine in question
(http://www.atcafe.com.au/) is running CERN as a proxy and Apache as
a web server. Its a P-90 with 16 Mb if you're wondering. :)
