That's how I have my system setup, my DOS is on C, my OS/2 on a partition on D, Linux on another partition on D. I had to create a partition with OS/2 fdisk, then load Linux, start fdisk, find corresponding partition (in this instance it will be one of hdb(x)). use lilo to load Linux but when you're configuring don't select 'mbr' option. you also have to add this partition to your boot manager from os/2 fdisk.
