I'd stay clear of : MOOTIFF, since I found Lasermoon to be quite unhelpful when it came to : support. I'd also steer clear of MoTeeth, unless the only thing you want out of the deal is mwm. The manual that came with it was 100% about the window manager, the elf binaries on the CD didn't work *at* all, and I've yet to be able to compile any of the demos. The online man pages were misformatted, and the rest of the online docs were slim to non-existent. Pissed me off something fierce, since I could give a damn less about the window manager (I much prefer fvwm... even LOOKS prettier with the 3d libXaw libs installed). I will probably have to go shell out some bucks for Metro-Link now, so I can actually start *gasp* trying to learn Motif programming. Ah well, you get what you pay for, I guess. Shoulda known *cheap* didn't refer to the price alone. Anyone want to buy a REALLY good cheap implementation of Motif for linux? I've got this *fantastic* copy of Moteeth sitting here, only driven on sundays by a little old lady from Pasadena... -- Gary F.
