Find where this is and change the netinet to linux, or shuffle the
include files that ship with the kernel src into the places that it
(the annex stuff, that is) expects them to be.

Cruft like this is guaranteed to build under a BSDish system, so
try a -I/usrinclude/bsd -lbsd like described in the GCC FAQ.
