Jumpers - W1 IRQ select 3,4,5,7,9 (not normally used)
W2 Jumpers 1-3 DMA channel 7,6,5 (default 6, middle jumper)
Jumpers 4-6 must be set same as jumpers 1-3
Jumpers 7-11 IRQ select 15,14,12,11,10 (default 15)
W3 I/O Port Address
Considering all jumpers fitted to be 300h, then:
Removal of jumper 1 adds 008h
Removal of jumper 2 adds 010h
Removal of jumper 3 adds 020h
Removal of jumper 4 adds 040h
Removal of jumper 5 adds 080h
Default is 350h (on off on off on).
Manual actually does not show 300h (all jumpers on)
or 3f8h (all jumpers off) as being valid, although
all other combinations are.
W4 ROM bios address; default is last jumper only = ce00h
W5 Jumpered means host provides termination power
W6 & W9
Fitting jumpers disables on-board floppy controller.
Remaining jumpers only on later boards:
W98 Bios enable. Remove jumper on second and subsequent WD7000
adaptors in same PC.
W99 ROM size
W200 & W201
Type of floppy (W200 for first drive, W201 for second).
Jumpered on pins 1&2 is for PS/2 type high speed drives;
Jumpered on pins 2&3 is for normal floppy drives.
You must not change W1, W2, W3, W99 if you are using the on-board bios,
according to the manual.
Although the board is now some 3 years out of production, driver software
is still sold. You don't need it simply for one (or maybe 2?) SCSI hard
disc drives on a PC, but I suspect you will for CD-ROM, MO, and some
other OS's. Linux and Sun's Interactive Unix come with native drivers
for the card too.

You have to remove the termintor resistor packs to disable. This is only
necessary if both internal AND external SCSI devices are connected.
