InterViews is an X-windows toolkit for C++.  It was first shown
off by its author Mark Linton at the '87 C++ workshop in
Santa Fe.  Mark has subsequently moved from Stanford, where
Interviews was born, to SGI, where he's been working on Fresco
among other things.  Fresco is _quite_ different from Interviews,
and is based on a CORBA (Common Object Resource Broker Architecture)
interface.  A bit of a beast to work through from what I've been
told, but I haven't tried it myself.  InterViews is no longer being
actively [worked on | modified | maintained], but it's pretty stable.
