Hello.
I have been trying for a time to get a competent (or in fact,
any) CDROM player for my SoundBlaster CDROM running under the
Linux platform. I have tried using the supplied version of
WorkMan v1.0, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be happy
with the SB interface - that is, it refuses to recognise new
CD's when they are put in, and most of the nifty features
such as dbasing CDs is rendered useless..
Does anyone know if there is another CD player available
for SB type interfaces, or, if in fact, there is a later version
of Workman that supports it?
Please mail replies to the email address below.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Ed
