I am attempting to install X on a 48DLC-40 with a ATI VGA Wonder-16 and
have had no end of troubles getting the damn thing to work. Superprobe
doesnt help in finding a server. Without a proper server, i cant really
get my config file to work. I think im gonna scream.

If anyone has ever got X to work on a ATI VGA Wonder-16 Graphics card,
can they please give me a hand? I'm just gonna start again from scratch.

Any help would be appreciated.

ps SLS sucks. Slackware is the easiest, most complete, distribution.
After using both, i must say that Slack is the way to go. Thanks,
whomever was responsible for minicom.. its saved this kermit-hater a lot
of stress.
