I am running windows 95. When I shell out to dos with the standard dos icon and do a dir command, the system tells me I have 455 meg free disk space when I only have 90 meg disk space free. I work as a computer consultant and this one stumps me. I did a Sandisk, Norton Disk Doctor for Win 95, reinstalled Windows looking for bad components, but not a complete reinstall of windows. Everything checked out without errors. Symptoms: Windows 95 recognizes 90 meg of free disk space with a scandisk. Also when I boot up with the win95 boot disk it also recognizes the 90 meg free. Why does the dos shell see 455 meg? I need help with this. Marty
