I opted to install 4.52 from scratch and migrate the desktop reasoning that installs can be time consuming I may as well skip the 4.51 install. As it turned out I did have trouble so my experience was much longer than 30 min, but I grant that things can go well depending on many factors being just right. I took a bet that Object Package could labour save to rebuild my customised desktop objects. It was a hair raising as well as being an aggravating experience (I had to restart from scratch after wrecking the first desktop :->). In the event the process worked or I won my own bet! It was also an excuse to really study the depths of the WPS and get a better insight as to what does what.
