Remote access on lan

Hi all,
Can any one advise me if there is remote access software that I can install
in OS2 warp 4 so I can access from w2k on a lan.
Im using VNC for w2k<>w2k and w2k<>nt4
Want to run db4 in a dos window in OS2.

Any advice would be appreciated
