What she says is correct _in a way_, if you want windows support for the red
version, you must already have Windows on your system, then OS/2 Warp will
use it to provide windows support.

No, but I have heard similar stories

OS/2 Red, aka "OS/2 For Windows": is in fact, OS/2 Without Windows.
OS/2 Blue, aka "OS/2 Fullpack": is in fact, OS/2 With IBM's Version of
Windows.

If you Only want to run OS/2 and DOS Programs, and never Windows Programs,
Red is probably the way to go.
