HI there:

I have a friend (a likely story) who has a 486SX-33 VLB machine with 20M of RAM
and IDE and SCSI hard drives. He recently loaded OS/2 Warp on it and found 
that in DOS full screen sessions that his DOS applications 
appeared to run slowly, some don't even work! Actually everything apart from 
OS/2 applications appeared to be sluggish. He tried playing around with the
memory settings, with not much improvements.
Now I have a similar machine and was considering buying OS/2 but am not real 
sure now after what I've seen. 
The OS/2 installed perfectly, runs well and doesn't lock up but it is just sluggish.
Is this because of the machine speed or has he done something wrong ie. is this 
what you would expect or is it something else.
Any help would be appreciated.
