Hello, Robin,

First of all, you really don't need DOS for running most DOS-Apps. I'm
using OS/2 from 2.0 up to Warp and every DOS-App ran after playing a
little bit with her settings. Mostly it helps to enable DPMI.
Other helpfull settings:
  HW_TIMER enabled
  INT_DURING_IO enabled
  VIDEO_8514A_XGA_IOTRAP disabled
  VIDEO_FASTPASTE enabled
  VIDEO_RETRACE_EMULATION
  VIDEO_SWITCH_NOTIFICATION

Session_priority = 32 say only that this App has the full Priority and
you can forget to run other Apps at the same time. If the OS is looking
all the time on one App, how much time can it spent to control other
Apps.

Hope it helps,

Heiko
